At Mr.Site Real Estate Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality, practical education focused on real estate promotion, branding, and marketing through social media and online platforms. Our courses are carefully designed to deliver real-world skills, supported by digital tools, live training, and hands-on implementation. Due to the nature of our services, our refund and cancellation policy is structured to reflect the upfront investment we make into each enrolled student.
Once a student enrolls and the course fee is paid—whether in full or in part a substantial portion of that fee is immediately allocated toward services and resources specifically tailored to the individual. These include custom-branded websites, online assets, access to exclusive training tools and templates, live classes, and advertising budgets used during live digital marketing practice sessions.
Approximately 70% to 80% of the course fee is spent directly on student-specific deliverables, such as creating and setting up personal websites, providing access to premium tools and materials, running live ad campaigns as part of the training, launching landing and sales funnel and facilitating live practical classes. These investments are made early in the program and are non-recoverable. The remaining 10% to 20% is reserved for administrative and operational purposes.
Because such a large portion of the course value is delivered at the beginning, and many resources are custom-created or consumed immediately upon enrollment, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, lack of time, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to attend live sessions.
By enrolling, each student acknowledges and agrees that the course involves real-world marketing exercises, actual budget allocation, and tangible deliverables none of which can be reversed, paused, or returned once initiated.
